FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Facilities Electrical Engineer to lead the design, maintenance, and optimization of facility infrastructure and electrical systems in our SMT (Surface Mount Technology) manufacturing facilities. This position is critical to ensuring that the facility operates at peak efficiency while supporting the technical needs of a highly automated, ESD-sensitive, and high-reliability production environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all electrical systems and ensure facility power distribution meets equipment needs, including SMT lines, reflow ovens, and ESD protection systems.
- Lead troubleshooting, upgrades, and installations of power systems, lighting, emergency backup, and critical utility systems.
- Collaborate with equipment engineering and production to support capital equipment installations, power balancing, and infrastructure design.
- Review and approve electrical plans, single-line diagrams, and load calculations for facility modifications or expansions.
- Maintain electrical safety standards, arc flash assessments, and compliance documentation.
- Oversee project management for electrical infrastructure projects, and construction activities.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditures for facility and electrical systems.
- Partner with facilities management on upkeep, expansion planning, layout modifications, and preventive maintenance programs.
- Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations including OSHA, NFPA, EPA, and local building codes.
- Drive energy efficiency, sustainability, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Other Duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or a related discipline; or equivalent experience.
- Master’s in Electrical Engineering/Facilities Engineering or PE license is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in facilities and/or electrical engineering within a manufacturing or high-tech environment.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, load management, building power infrastructure, and ESD protection standards.
- Familiarity with cleanroom operations, ESD control, and SMT production support.
- Knowledge of electrical codes and standards (NEC, NFPA 70E, IEEE).
- Working knowledge of applicable safety regulations and standards.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, At Home electrical modeling software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Driver’s License Required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
