FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the recruiting lifecycle and assist with candidate management, invoicing, and contingent workforce administration. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Talent Acquisition Department in an office environment and have the opportunity to display organizational and communication skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.
The Recruiting Coordinator will coordinate candidate interviews, manage vendor invoicing, and oversee timecard submissions for temporary employees, while supporting the Talent Acquisition Department as needed.

The Recruiting Coordinator will coordinate candidate interviews, manage vendor invoicing, and oversee timecard submissions for temporary employees, while supporting the Talent Acquisition Department as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate interview sessions, including scheduling candidates, managing logistics, and assisting with group or panel interviews.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide updates, instructions, and a positive candidate experience.
- Process and verify vendor invoices related to recruiting, staffing, and contingent workforce support.
- Administer and review timecards for temporary employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely approvals.
- Maintain accurate recruiting data and documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HR databases.
- Assist recruiters with candidate sourcing, resume review, and preparation of job postings.
- Support the organization and execution of hiring events, career fairs, and university recruitment programs.
- Collaborate with staffing agencies and internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of temporary staff.
- Track recruiting and contingent workforce metrics, preparing reports for leadership as needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, HR procedures, and employment laws.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of administrative, HR, or recruiting coordination experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with high attention to detail required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS tools preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
