FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Technical Recruiter to source, recruit, and hire top technical talent with a primary focus on Engineers and Technician level employees. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Talent Acquisition Department in an office and production-support environment and have the opportunity to display strong recruiting and relationship-building skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.
The Technical Recruiter will partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, while supporting the Talent Acquisition Department as needed.

The Technical Recruiter will partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, while supporting the Talent Acquisition Department as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Test and Repair Technicians and other technical roles, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to define role requirements, competencies, and hiring needs.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
- Screen and interview candidates to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communication to ensure a smooth process.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates for high-volume and recurring hiring needs.
- Attend job fairs, technical school recruiting events, and industry networking sessions to promote career opportunities.
- Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition.
- Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and hiring trends.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and all applicable employment regulations.
- Act as a brand ambassador for FII USA, promoting opportunities and technical career growth.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience required.
- Prior experience recruiting for technical, manufacturing, or skilled trades roles (especially Test and Repair Technicians) strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools (job boards, social platforms, ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS/HRIS systems preferred.
