Manager/Supervisor

This role is critical to ensuring that the physical infrastructure, utilities, environmental systems, and building services are optimized to support high-performance manufacturing operations.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of facility infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air systems, lighting, and building security.
- Support manufacturing operations by ensuring uninterrupted services and quick response to facility-related issues, especially in cleanroom and ESD-sensitive environments.
- Coordinate and oversee facility maintenance, repairs, renovations, and improvements.
- Ensure the facility complies with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and standards, including OSHA, NFPA, EPA, and local building codes.
- Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs for building systems and critical utilities.
- Maintain vendor relationships for facility-related services (construction, pest control, etc.).
- Partner with IT and Manufacturing Engineering to ensure facility readiness for equipment installations, including power, network, and physical space requirements.
- Maintain documentation and records of maintenance schedules, inspections, and incident reports.
- Oversee facility security systems including access control, surveillance, and alarm systems.
- Manage facilities budget, track expenses, and support cost-saving initiatives.
- Contribute to facility layout planning and expansion projects, ensuring minimal disruption to production operations.
- Other Duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of building systems and maintenance procedures.
- Familiarity with cleanroom operations, ESD control, and SMT production support.
- Working knowledge of applicable safety regulations and standards.
- Driver’s License Required
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
